We have a 14 day cancellation policy. There must be time to fill cancelled spots with children from our waiting list. Sometimes it takes a few days to fill those places and those individuals on the waiting list may need time to rearrange their schedule.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to class will result in forfeiture of payment. If you have booked swimming lessons for your child and then change your mind, PLEASE BE COURTEOUS AND LET US KNOW ! Anyone who has not paid by the deadline will be removed from the schedule.
Anyone who books and then “no-shows” may be refused participation in future classes.
